Construction at The Penthouses at Goldwynn continues with measured progress across multiple areas of the site, reflecting a focus on precision, planning, and long-term execution.
Externally, work remains concentrated on the pool deck, where construction and finishing activities are shaping the foundation of Phase 2’s private outdoor amenity spaces, including what will become Nassau’s only rooftop pool.
Inside the building, preparations are now underway for the arrival of the elevator subcontractor, an important next step in completing the building’s vertical systems. Across all floors, coordinated work by multiple trades continues to move the project forward.
This stage of development is deliberate by design, a process grounded in consistency and quality. As each component takes shape, Phase 2 edges closer to completion and to delivering one of the most refined residential offerings on Cable Beach.

At the same time, construction of the irrigation tank is underway. This core infrastructure will support future landscaping and long-term site operations, underscoring Goldwynn’s commitment to both design and function.

Construction Update: January 8th
While winter settles in across much of the world, life on Cable Beach moves at a different pace. Sunlight, open air, and steady progress continue at The Penthouses at Goldwynn, offering a quiet contrast to the season elsewhere.
Following the holiday break, construction has resumed across the site with steady momentum. External work includes the removal of site containers, demolition of the former site office, and excavation for both the pool surge tank and main pool area. These early-year milestones clear the way for final exterior systems and landscaping to follow.
Inside, progress continues floor by floor, with stud framing, tiling, and MEP installations actively underway. The building’s architectural form is now complete, and each layer of detail brings added definition to the lifestyle this collection was designed to hold.
A select number of newly built beach facing residences remain available at a time when Nassau’s beach facing inventory is notably low. Phase2 continues to offer one of the rare opportunities to live directly on the beach in Nassau, Bahamas.
