Steady progress continues at The Penthouses at Goldwynn, as each phase of construction builds toward the final vision. As structural work and finishing details move forward, so too does buyer interest.
We’re pleased to share that Phase 2 is now 60% sold, reflecting the growing demand for this limited collection of luxury beachfront residences on Cable Beach.

Exterior window glazing continues as continues to progress across The Penthouses at Goldwynn, bringing greater definition to the building’s architectural lines and revealing more of its final form.
As the façade takes shape, the building’s scale and presence become unmistakable, hinting at the lifestyle that will define these residences.

Construction Update: October 11th
As autumn unfolds along Cable Beach, construction at The Penthouses at Goldwynn continues to move steadily upward, bringing us ever closer to Nassau’s most anticipated collection of luxury beachfront residences:
???? Roof Milestones – The rooftop is now being cleared and prepped for waterproofing, while block work has begun on the mechanical room, setting the stage for final structural elements.
???? Glazing Advancements – Level 11 window and door installations are underway, with Level 12 glazing scheduled to begin next week, continuing the signature glass façade.
???? MEP Systems in Progress – Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work continues throughout the tower, integrating the high-end systems that define the Goldwynn standard.
???? Interior Finishes – Stucco and floor screeding have reached Level 3, while frame formwork removal continues in sync with interior build-out across multiple levels.
Each milestone reflects the attention to detail—the planning, precision, and craftsmanship—behind Phase 2.
